Every order leaves our Cape Town studio in a plain, unbranded box. No logo, no product names, no invoice inside — the waybill shows a neutral trading name, and so does your statement.

Delivery is R95 nationwide, and free on orders over R1 500. Tracking is sent to you alone, by email, the moment your parcel is packed.
Returns & hygiene
Sealed, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery — write to us first and we will arrange a discreet collection.
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products and lubricants cannot be returned. Anything that arrives damaged or faulty is replaced immediately, no questions asked.
Care
- Silicone and ABS: wash with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, then dry with a soft cloth before storing.
- Silk and lace: hand wash cold with a gentle detergent, never wring, and dry flat away from sunlight.
- Leather: wipe with a dry cloth and condition occasionally. Keep it away from water and heat.
- Lubricants: use water-based formulas with silicone pieces. Silicone-based lubricant can damage silicone toys.
