Privacy
What we know, and what we never will.
We keep the smallest amount of information needed to get your order to you — and nothing that would embarrass you if it were ever seen.
What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address, plus what you ordered. That is the whole list.
Why we collect it
To pack and deliver your parcel, to send tracking, and to help you if something goes wrong with an order.
What we never do
We never sell or share your details, never publish reviews with your name without asking, and never put our brand name or a product name on your statement or waybill.
Marketing
Only if you ask for it. One click removes you and we keep no shadow list.
Keeping it safe
Order details are held in our store system and are visible only to the people who pack and dispatch orders.
Your say
Write to hello@oursecret.co.za and we will show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — whichever you prefer.
