A quiet boutique for private things.
Our Secret is a small online boutique in Cape Town. We sell lingerie, toys, bondage accessories and intimate wellness pieces for adults — each piece chosen slowly, described plainly, and packed by hand before it leaves us. Nothing here is shouted. There is no loud branding on the parcel, no product names on the waybill, and no boutique name on a bank statement.
The shop is for anyone eighteen and over who would rather shop quietly: people buying a first piece and wondering what to expect, couples looking for something for an anniversary, and regulars who already know their sizes. You can browse without an account, save pieces you are considering, and read what a piece is made of before you decide.
We are an independent team in Cape Town, working from a studio you can visit by appointment. Every order is checked before it is sealed, every piece carries a twelve-month warranty, and anything faulty is replaced rather than argued about. If you are unsure about a size, a material or how something works, ask before you buy — a person answers within one working day.
We keep the collection small on purpose: four rooms — lingerie, toys, bondage accessories and intimate wellness — and nothing else. Every item is body-safe and phthalate-free, and silicone pieces are meant to be used with water-based lubricant only. Sealed, unused items can be returned within fourteen days; hygiene rules apply to anything opened. That is the whole idea behind Our Secret: a discreet place to buy intimate things, from people who take the subject seriously.
